Return & Refund Policy — All Sales Final

All Sales Are Final

Because every item is made to order and fulfilled through third-party print providers (Printify), we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for any reason—including but not limited to wrong size, color preference, buyer’s remorse, shipping delays, or failure to review size charts. All sales are final.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

Quality Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery at officialconsistentlyconsistent@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (including the packing slip and visible defect)

We will review with our fulfillment partner. When approved, we will reproduce and resend the affected item at no cost. Replacements only—no returns or refunds. Items must be unused and unwashed.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or never shows as delivered, contact us and we’ll investigate and, when confirmed, issue a replacement.

  • Marked “delivered” but not received: Please check with your household and neighbors and contact the carrier. We are not responsible for packages scanned as delivered.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable or returned-to-sender parcels cannot be refunded; a reshipment fee may apply for a replacement shipment.

Color, Print, and Sizing Variations

Minor variations in color, placement, and scale can occur due to different screens and the print-on-demand process. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing—orders cannot be returned or refunded for sizing issues.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

All items sold on ConsistentlyConsistent.com are final sale. Gift cards are also final sale and non-refundable.

European Union “Cooling-Off” Notice

Our products are custom made-to-order, which may exempt them from the EU 14-day withdrawal right. Where the cooling-off right applies by law, we will comply; otherwise, all sales remain final.
